This beautiful piece has one 18mm swarovski heart. Representing the mother. You get to choose any color you want. (birthstones are always nice)

This piece also has two 10mm swarovski heart crystals. Each one representing a child.(you may also choose to arrange these as you need to...Ex. if you only have one child you can choose to use only one small heart..)

You may also choose those colors (birthstones are always nice or fav. colors etc.)

This  necklace comes with two small hearts. Addition small hearts are $1.75 a piece.
